Shopatron accepts payment by Visa, Master Card, American Express, and PayPal. The payment methods for this store are listed when you check out. COD orders are not accepted. Shopatron does not accept credit card numbers delivered by email. You should never send credit card numbers by email, as this is not a secure practice. VAT VAT will be applied to your order for the relevant country your order ships from. You will see the VAT amount included in the products as you navigate through the site. However, VAT will be pulled out into a separate line item as you checkout with your order. Telephone, Postal Mail, Fax, or Email Orders This store only accepts online orders. Orders cannot be placed by telephone, postal mail, email or Fax. If you have issues using this website, your web browser might be outdated. We recommend using a recent version of Microsoft Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, or Safari. Headphones Some items, including earbud-style headphones, may not be returned due to hygiene reasons. This does not affect your warranty. Cash on Delivery Orders Cash on delivery orders are not accepted. All orders must be placed online using a credit card. Preferred Shipping Method To get your order to you as quickly as possible, we may need to split it into multiple shipments. As you check out, you can select whether or not to allow us to split your order. A nominal additional shipping fee may apply. If you do not want your order to possibly have a small additional shipping fee. please make sure to select "Single Package." Otherwise we will split your orders into 2 packages if that is the fastest way to get your order to you. Delivery Charges Sevenoaks Sound & Vision currently offers free Mainland UK delivery. Orders from Jersey and Guernsey will not be accepted. Additional charges may apply to areas outside the Mainland UK — deliveries to the Isle of Man and Orkney Islands will incur an additional charge — please e-mail enquiries@ssav.com for more details. Sevenoaks Sound and Vision only ships within United Kingdom, and delivery charges are subject to change at any time. Please see your shopping cart for an estimate of the exact shipping charges pertaining to your order. In the unlikely event that shipping charges are higher than estimated, you will be notified by email before the charges are made to your credit card.
