Denon AVP-A1HD AV Surround Pre-Amplifier

This is the most comprehensive audio-visual pre-processor we have ever encountered. Six HDMI inputs ensure a thorough degree of expandability for the future; XLR balanced outputs, two HDMI outputs and support for four audio zones, two of which can be in full surround sound. All your films and music from CDs to Blu-Ray discs are well catered for, as the AVP-A1HD decodes all the latest audio formats such as Dolby True HD and DTS HD. 


The AVP-A1HD can even stream music and Internet radio using it’s Ethernet or Wi-Fi connections, and you can connect your iPod using the optional ASD1R iPod dock. The latest HQV Teranex processing from Silicon Optix ensures fantastic picture quality, with scaling up to 1080P from all your video sources.

Denon POA-A1HD Power Amplifier

Ten channels, each with 170 watts, bridgeable to 500 watts.  As with the preamplifier, the POA-A1-HD comfortably meets and exceeds the THX Ultra 2 specification This awesome pre-power combination weighs in at just over 90kg and is finished in Premium Silver.
