Fujitsu P42XHA58 42" Plasma Monitor

Fujitsu P42XHA58 42

The P42XHA58 is one of Fujitsu’s newest, HD-Ready custom install Plasmavision panels. The completely new 1366x768  panel is Fujitsu’s first true XGA 42inch plasma panel and is optimised for 720P high- definition content. Replacing  the highly acclaimed 40 series range, the P42XHA58 also incorporates a number of key enhancements including a sleek  piano black bezel, upgraded AVM II processor, improved contrast and brightness plus two HDMI inputs, the new screen more than maintains Fujitsu’s excellent custom install reputation.

Fujitsu consistently seeks to extend the boundaries of home cinema quality and its Plasmavision screens are continually recognised for their superior picture processingcapabilities and the incredibly fine detail they bring  to HD formats. Fujitsu’s AVM II processor found in all 50 series screens is what helps set Fujitsu’s picture quality apart and includes a number of features:-

• Power – the AVM II processor has four times the processing power of most other plasmas available.

• Pixel by pixel processing and scaling – this approach delivers the best picture available across all high definition and standard definition formats by retaining fine detail.

• Detail reconstruction when de-interlacing - a multi-direction diagonal filter that reconstructs some of the lost data at the edges of moving objects, filtering out any “jaggies”.

• Motion correction – the processor looks ahead a number of frames to better track moving images and ensure smooth movement across the screen.
