I wanted to let you know how I experienced real customer service this morning in your Manchester branch. I had purchased a full, top-end Denon cinema system from the store about 3 years ago, but recently the receiver remote control began to failwith an intermittent fault. Denon UK were unhelpful when I called them, but Jon Charlton in Manchester diagnosed the problem immediately when I visited the store and very kindly went to rummage in his cellar to locate an identical unit from amongst his collection of spare remotes, which he offered me with his compliments. The replacement unit works perfectly; all the functions on my system are now restored to full working order.
