I would like you to please acknowledge the following branches and gentleman for the excellent customer service, support and patience they have shown me during the process of selecting a new hi-fi system. They are Eddie Obermuller( Holborn Branch) and David Davies (Yeovil Branch). I myself live in London and usually deal with Eddie and have over the last few year purchased a few products with Eddies great assistance. Recently I have had to be down in Somerset and have been dealing with David at the new Yeovil branch. Both these gentleman are brilliant at what they do! I am a stickler for good customer service and have found it reassuring that both these gentleman take the time to listen you and then give you the benefit of their experience. They have never forced any product on myself and this is certainly a big plus as I do know quite a bit on hi-fi. Their patience and always the ability to demo products has been very refreshing. It gives the customer the benefit to listen, as each system will sound very different as you all know. I have yet to decide what route to take, but please make sure that they get the recognition that they deserve. I would certainly recommend both these gentleman and their branches. All the customer needs to do, is bring your own music, sit down and make your choice. They could not make it any easier on the customer. Thank you for taking the time to pass this onto the gentleman and their branches in question. I would certainly recommend these two Sevenoaks stores without any hesitation.
I would just like to confirm my thanks to you for your time yesterday in what was a very friendly,informative and relaxed visit. I am always quite reluctant to ask for demos and peoples time under the fear of feeling obligated and under some pressure, so I must say that I felt none of this yesterday. I am now going to spend the rest of today moving my speakers here, there and everywhere to see how close I can get to what I heard when with you, although I think I will be struggling to get even close. Rest assured however that I do not feel the need to look anywhere else for help, and whatever the outcome of this little exercise, you will be my first port of call either in the near or distant future.

Dave switched some cabling around and solved the problem this morning and although there seems to be a fault in one of the new cables, which he will change on his way home tonight, it is working really well.. I just wanted to thank you for the time you took yesterday to help me sort out my speaker dilema! When I got home last night I tried them immediately. Not only do the spekers look great, they sound brilliant! Definitely the right choice! It's great that you took so much time to help me even though I wasn't spending thousands of pounds. As I'm sure you are aware of, some shops have no idea of customer service, but clearly you do. So thanks again!
