prices from knowledgeable staff with excellent pre and after sales service.
Demonstration Facilities
We believe that the only way properly to choose your equipment is by receiving unbiased
help and advice. We also believe that a demonstration is important too fully appreciate
the capabilities of the products that we stock.
All Sevenoaks stores have demonstration rooms where you can watch and listen in
comfort. Please contact your local Sevenoaks store for a free demonstration.
Exchange Policy (Goods Purchased In-Store)
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return it within 10 days
and exchange it for goods of equal or higher value - no cash value is offered.
Goods must have been auditioned before purchase and must be returned in their original
condition with all packaging and accessories. Offer excludes special orders.
Delivery & Installation
At Sevenoaks, we believe that the quality of installation is crucial in getting
the most from your equipment. As such, all stores offer a delivery and installation
service by staff that are properly trained to get the most from your equipment.
This service may be chargeable, please ask a member of staff in-store for more details.

Pricing (In-Store)
It is our policy to have clear and transparent pricing at all times in accordance
with Trading Standards guidelines.
Pricing (On-line)
Due to the fast changing market, we do not publish prices on-line (except for special
offers and clearance items). For our latest prices, please contact your nearest
Sevenoaks store.
Mail Order

We have great products, great prices and good old fashioned service. And if you’re
not sure what product is right for you, just ask one of our dedicated sales advisors
for expert advice.
The prices stated on our mail order hotline include VAT, but do not include the
cost of delivery (please enquire at the time of purchase). Other services, such
as installation, accessories, etc, are available, but at additional cost.
We only accept payment via Credit / Debit Card or Bank Transfer.
Goods will only be delivered to the registered card holder’s postal address. To
confirm with current legislation, we will deliver the products within 30 days of
your ordering date (unless there are exceptional circumstances). Once the products
have been delivered, they are your responsibility and at your risk. If the products
are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know as soon as possible.
Current legislation gives you the right to cancel the sale from upto seven working
days from receipt of the goods, without penalty and without giving a reason. The
following details would have to be complied with………….
- Cancellation to be made in writing.
- The goods must not be damaged or soiled in anyway.
- Goods must be in their original packaging.
- The cost of returning the goods would be at your expense.
- The goods must arrive back undamaged (please consider insuring the goods before
despatch).
- A full refund cannot be given for damaged or soiled goods.
- Special orders or customised items cannot be returned.
- Variations to these conditions may apply (subject to mutual agreement).
Sevenoaks Sound & Vision adheres to The Distance Selling Regulations 2000. Special
/ added value offers are ‘not in conjunction with any other offer’ (NICWAOO). No
Mail Order (NOMO). Mail Order OK (MOOK).

- Pioneer (Non KRP series products only can be mail ordered)

- Yamaha (Non Pre-Eminent products can be mail ordered)
Due to restrictions, some products / brands are not available via mail order (participating
stores only). The above is not an exhaustive list and is subject to alteration at
any time. This list of excluded brands is correct as of 01/12/08. E&OE.

Warranty Details
Sevenoaks Sound and Vision warrant all equipment that we sell for a minimum of twelve
months on new equipment and three months on second-hand equipment. You will be advised
of the length of the warranty on each piece of equipment before or at the time of
purchase.
Note that for a limited period, selected Pioneer and all Panasonic TVs come with
a Five Year Warranty (please contact your nearest Sevenoaks for more information).
Customer Complaints
If after consultation your complaint has not been resolved at store level, you can
write to us at our Head Office.
