I would just like to confirm my thanks to you for your time yesterday in what was a very friendly,informative and relaxed visit. I am always quite reluctant to ask for demos and peoples time under the fear of feeling obligated and under some pressure, so I must say that I felt none of this yesterday. I am now going to spend the rest of today moving my speakers here, there and everywhere to see how close I can get to what I heard when with you, although I think I will be struggling to get even close. Rest assured however that I do not feel the need to look anywhere else for help, and whatever the outcome of this little exercise, you will be my first port of call either in the near or distant future.

To all the staff of Sevenoaks Sound & Vision, Cambridge & Wetherby, Just a short note to say thank you for the excellent service that I received from both shops during my recent Monitor Audio BR5 purchase. To be able to walk into the shop in Cambridge, have excellent service late on a Saturday afternoon, be offered an absolutely fantastic discount only to give up the sale to another branch speaks volumes on how to run a business and satisfy your customer base. For the Wetherby branch to honour the quote for the speakers and then order them, knowing the short timelines and pressures I was under in my last week in the UK was again, something quite special. I am sure that the effect of good service on a relatively low cost purchase buyer is not lost on you, and you know that this level of service will be reciprocated by customers seeking you out again during the upgrade process over the coming years. I can't thank you all enough for the professionalism, effort and understanding that went into the sales process. At the end of it all, I ended up wiring up the speakers at 1 am in the morning, the day the shipping company arrived in order that I could listen to them. They've now taken pride of place in the new lounge in Germany, and after 50 or so hours of playing are sounding fantastic through my Rotel RA-04 amp & MP3 player setup. Once again, many thanks for all you did, and rest assured, if I am back in the UK and buying Hi-Fi equipment, Sevenoaks Sound & Vision will be the first shop I walk into. Regards Andy Wheeler

Dear Sirs, I am writing to express my thanks for a job well done. I knew you were the guys for me from the moment I first went into your shop and spent the princely sum of £2! I met Terry on that occasion. He immediately impressed me with his knowledge, enthusiasm and politeness. I generally hate going into shops of any sort, usually due to the surly nature of so many staff. This was different; in fact I spent forty minutes in the shop which for me is an age. When I got home I think my wife knew that my long drawn out war of attrition; Hi-Fi magazines strategically left around the house, reviews of plasma screens, etc was reaching its culmination. I couldn’t stop babbling about Sevenoaks and how professional they were. This eventually led to another visit wear I met Andy. We arranged a site survey which was well worth it for anyone considering having multiple pieces of kit installed. Andy thanks for listening and talking to us rather than ‘down to’ or ‘at us’. Your advice was appropriate to our circumstances and we were impressed with the fact that you addressed our concerns and didn’t just try and flog us big shiny kit. I would like to thank Mark and Terry for their advice on turntables. Both my wife and I wanted a turntable (despite the children’s lament that we were buying ancient stuff) but had no idea what to buy. You were always patient and thorough without being condescending. Once again thanks very much for the excellent service.
