Oasis - Defintely Maybe (4LP/30th Anniversary)
Oasis’ landmark debut Definitely Maybe celebrates its 30th anniversary this August. Originally released in 1994, the album became the fastest-selling debut in UK history and firmly established Oasis as a defining force in British music. Featuring timeless anthems like Supersonic, Live Forever and Cigarettes & Alcohol, its swagger and energy still sound as fresh today as they did three decades ago.
With over 6.9 million copies sold worldwide, Definitely Maybe remains a cultural milestone — and the second most-streamed album of the 1990s (just behind What’s The Story Morning Glory?).
To mark the occasion, new anniversary editions are being released, including a limited deluxe 4LP and 2CD set. These feature the previously unreleased Monnow Valley recording sessions, outtakes from Sawmills Studios, and a rare demo of Sad Song featuring Liam Gallagher’s vocal — all newly mixed by Noel Gallagher and Callum Marinho.
All formats feature brand-new artwork by original designer Brian Cannon (Microdot) and photographer Michael Spencer Jones, along with new sleeve notes.
