Place Orders & Pay On-line

The Sevenoaks Sound & Vision website makes it easy to find and order products. When you order and pay on-line, our intelligent system immediately starts working to ensure that you receive your products as soon as possible. We accept payment by Amex, Visa, Master Card, Novuna Consumer Finance, Amazon Pay and PayPal. The payment methods available to you are clearly listed when you checkout.


All prices that are featured on the Sevenoaks Sound & Vision website include VAT at 20%. Please note that we do not participate in VAT free shopping for any mail order sales.

Telephone, Postal Mail & E-Mail Orders

Sevenoaks Sound & Vision accepts on-line orders placed via our website and telephone orders. Orders cannot be placed by postal mail or e-mail. If you have issues using this website your web browser might be outdated. We recommend using a recent version of Google Chrome for the best user experience.


Please note that for hygiene reasons we do not accept returns on in-ear headphones where the packing has been opened. Please visit one of stores across the UK if you would like to inspect the headphones and speak to one of our experts. Note that this does not affect your statutory rights.

Shipping Method

To get your order to you as quickly as possible we may need to split it into multiple shipments.

Delivery Charges

When you buy from Sevenoaks Sound and Vision online you receive free mainland UK delivery. Once your order has been dispatched, your online account will be updated and you will receive a PDF copy of your invoice by email.

We mainly use couriers for our deliveries. Most items are shipped with DPD Local and arrive the next working day. If you enter a mobile number when you checkout our couriers can use this to keep you informed of your delivery by text message. If you download the DPD app you can track your driver in real time and make alternative delivery arrangements such as re-arranging your delivery day.

If you are ordering a TV it will be delivered to you directly by couriers who specialise in large item deliveries. They will contact you shortly after your order has been placed to arrange a convenient delivery slot. International Orders

Sevenoaks Sound & Vision will not deliver to an address outside the United Kingdom and reserves the right to refuse an order at any time for any reason.
