Main Demo Room System

At the heart of our main demonstration room is Quad’s impressive Platina system, featuring the Platina amplifier, CDT transport, and network streaming player, paired with the stunning Quad Revela 2 speakers. Designed to deliver precision, control, and musicality in equal measure, the Platina electronics combine clean, modern aesthetics with refined performance. Expect exceptional clarity, effortless detail retrieval, and a presentation that feels both composed and engaging. The Revela 2 speakers complete the system beautifully, offering a spacious soundstage, articulate midrange, and controlled, expressive bass. Together, this system demonstrates just how far modern Quad has evolved—while staying true to its musical roots.

In-Store System

Out on the shop floor, we’ll be running a second system built around the Quad 3 amplifier and matching 3 CDT, partnered with the ever-popular Wharfedale EVO 5.3. This combination offers a slightly different flavour—still detailed and composed, but with a relaxed, easy-going presentation that makes it ideal for longer listening sessions. The EVO 5.3’s AMT tweeter and refined cabinet design bring openness and control, making this a superbly balanced and accessible system.
